To our valued guests and community members,
Thank you for your ongoing collaboration and support as we continue to navigate the
complexities of our new normal surrounding COVID-19 in the restaurant industry. We wanted
to provide you with an update on our new policy in accordance with the Marion Co. Public
Beginning July 9th 2020, any guest that will be inside the restaurant for any period of time will
be required to wear a mask/face covering. The only exceptions are children ages 2 and under
and anyone with a medical condition that prevents the use of a mask.
What this looks like:
● Guests dining indoors are required to wear a face mask
● Guests dining outdoors who wish to use the restrooms (located indoors) are required to
wear a face mask when indoors
● Guests picking up carryout orders are required to wear a mask when inside the building
● Guests coming to tour the banquet facilities or to meet with the banquet coordinator
are required to wear a mask
Please plan accordingly and bring a mask (or a few) with you. This policy comes directly from
Mayor Hogsett and it is imperative that we follow it in order to remain open for business so
that we can continue to serve you. The policy will be strictly enforced, required, and
non-negotiable. If any guest refuses to adhere upon arrival or during their visit, Rick’s Boatyard
reserves the right to refuse service and ask that said guest leave the property.
Each of our team members will continue to wear masks, receive daily wellness checks, wash
their hands frequently, and social distance when at all possible.
We ask for your continued patience, cooperation, and understanding. If you have any questions
about this policy, please feel free to call us at 317-290-9300. We are here to serve you and do
our part in keeping our Indianapolis community safe!
